High Quality, Professional and Friendly

My experience a Vivi was amazing! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating to my scheduling needs. The work that was done on the chair that I had brought in was incredible. So much attention to detail was paid and it really shows in the dramatic transformation. I had chosen a large floral print for the back of the chair that I brought in to be reupholstered. Although the print looked like it was going to be too big for the size of the piece of furniture that was brought in, they made sure to place the Largest flower in the center of the chair back so that the print no longer looked "Too Big" but that it complimented nicely. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I wanted. (I strongly recommend that everyone take a look on their website to see some of the dramatic transformations of old and worn furniture that has already been done) Pricing was fair and transparent. They tell you the price of the fabric that you are thinking about and offer other fabrics that are similar to what you want if the first one that was chosen was not in the price budget that was set. Over all I am incredibly happy with my experience with Vivi Upholstery and with the service. Definitely recommend to those who want to bring life back to an old favourite piece of furniture and I will most certainly be bringing my other old and tired furniture back to have a much needed face lift.
